Verdict
Bournemouth will feel the sting of this one. They came in on a run of one loss in their last five and executed their game plan well enough to deserve something. The fact that they didn't get it speaks less to any failing on their part and more to what City — even on an off day — can produce in the closing minutes. Cherki looks like someone worth watching closely this season. The question for City is whether they can be less reliant on those moments and more convincing for the full 90.
